Mid Week Update



Day Four and I have lost 4 pds!!!!!!

YEAH!!!

Today's menu is

Breakfast: Smore Crunch bar
Lunch: Chicken Noodle soup
Mid snack: Honey Mustard Pretzels
Dinner: Chicken Lettuce Salad
Dessert: Chocolate Mint Crunch
Late night snack: Raspberry Ice Tea
